I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, right on the beach and in a nice area of Miami Beach. The rooms are old and need updating, but the service was pleasant, especially from Miss Shy. Despite some issues with key cards not working and safety concerns, the beach access makes up for it.
